Red Lotus Den (“we,” “us”) operates this website to share information about our food hall in Westminster, Colorado. If you join our email list, we use the details you submit only to send the kinds of updates described on the form—opening news, jobs, preview nights, and related announcements—and we send them sparingly.

• Email address when you submit the “Notify me” form.
• Technical data your browser and host may send with that request (for example IP address and user agent), which our hosting provider may log for security and operations.
• Google reCAPTCHA when the “I’m not a robot” box appears on the form: Google processes data to score or verify the request. See Google’s privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your email to contact you about Red Lotus Den in line with what you signed up for. We do not sell your email. We do not use it for unrelated third‑party marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our email marketing provider (MailerLite) so we can send the updates you asked for. We may also receive a copy by email through our website host for our records. Retention follows MailerLite and our mailbox practices. If you need a copy of what we hold or want deletion, contact us (see below) and we will handle reasonable requests.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in a message we send (once campaigns are live), or by writing to us from the same address you used to sign up. You may also stop submitting the form if you prefer not to share your email.
